Engoron \u201ccrazy\u201d and \u201cRadical Left.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump made the statements \u200dThursday morning on\u200d Truth Social, the social media platform he founded in 2021.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe Judge in the New York State \u2064A.G. case \u200drefuses to accept \u200cthe \u200coverturning of his decisions by\u2064 the Appeals Court,\u201d the former president\u200d wrote. \u201cThis is a first \u200din the history of\u200b the \u200cState!<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHE HAS GONE CRAZY IN HIS HATRED OF\u2064 \u2018TRUMP,&#8217;\u201d \u2064he added (emphasis original throughout).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAlso, their \u2018STAR\u2019 witness just\u2063 admitted his statements \u200dwere all a big lie. He broke down in court. \u200bThe Radical Left Judge said he doesn\u2019t care,\u201d \u2063Trump continued\u2064 in his post.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe is trying to \u2063protect RACIST A.G. Letitia James, who has no case, \u2063lost the appeal, but has a tyrannical and unhinged Trump Hating Judge,\u201d \u2064he argued. \u201cShe campaigned for A.G. on, \u2018I Will\u2063 Get Trump,\u2019 long\u2064 before she knew anything about me.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is Judicial Misconduct,\u201d Trump concluded, \u201ccoupled\u2063 with Prosecutorial Misconduct, and somebody from the State of New York must step in and stop this Complete &#038; Total Miscarriage of Justice!\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump has already been fined twice for violating what the establishment media consistently refers to as a \u201cnarrow gag order,\u201d as \u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2023\/10\/26\/nyregion\/trump-gag-orders-fines.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The New York Times<\/a> did Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis court is way beyond the \u2018warning\u2019 stage,\u201d Engoron wrote when he issued the first $5,000 punishment, which he called \u201cnominal,\u201d according to \u200dthe Times.<\/p>\n<p>The following week, he fined Trump $10,000 despite the former\u200b president\u2019s sworn testimony that his\u200c comments didn\u2019t refer to Engoron\u2019s clerk.<\/p>\n<p>The judge said Trump\u2019s statement in his own defense in \u2062the\u2063 matter \u201crings hollow and\u2064 untrue.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Trump <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/trump-roars-back-vows-fight-judge-issues-gag-order\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has not yet appealed<\/a> Engoron\u2019s gag order, although members of his legal team have suggested that such a challenge may be forthcoming.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have significant concerns about the constitutionality of limiting President Trump\u2019s right to comment on what he observes in the courtroom,\u201d Trump attorney Christopher Kise told the\u200c Times.<\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s first violation was apparently an oversight \u2014 the first $5,000 fine was imposed because of \u2064a social media\u200d post that had remained on his campaign website \u201cfor weeks,\u201d according to the Times.<\/p>\n<p>The second, \u200dhowever,\u200d appeared \u2062more intentional, as Trump told reporters that Ergoron was \u201cvery partisan\u201d and had a \u201cperhaps even much more partisan\u201d person sitting\u200d next to him, an apparent\u2063 reference to his clerk.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, even the\u200b liberal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/aclu-begrudgingly-sides-trump-federal-court-rare-move\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">American\u200b Civil Liberties Union<\/a> has weighed \u200din on Trump\u2019s side regarding a\u2064 gag order placed on the former president in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/federal-judge-hits-trump-partial-gag-order-jack-smiths-request\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">another\u200d of his trials<\/a>, in which he\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/jack-smiths-new-gag-order-request-cites-trump-potentially-violating-terms-release-viral-glock-video\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accused of conspiring<\/a> to overturn the 2020 election.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDonald Trump has said many things.\u2063 Much\u2064 that he has said has been patently false and has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/limbaugh-the-lefts-systemic-exploitation-of-race\/\" title=\"LIMBAUGH: The Left\u2019s Systemic Exploitation Of Race\">caused great harm<\/a> to countless individuals, as well as to the republic itself,\u201d the ACLU wrote \u200din a friend-of-the-court brief submitted in \u200bthat case. \u2064\u201cBut Trump retains a\u2064 First\u200c Amendment right to speak, and the rest of us retain \u2063a right to hear what he has to say.\u201d<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h3>An Urgent Note from Our Staff:<\/h3>\n<p><em><b>The Western \u2064Journal has been labeled \u201cdangerous\u201d simply \u2064because we have a\u200d biblical worldview and speak the \u2062truth about what \u2063is happening in America.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We refuse to\u2062 let Big Tech and woke advertisers dictate the content we share with our community. Engoron, who is presiding over his civil fraud trial in New York. Trump&#8217;s remarks, made on his own\u200d social media platform, Truth Social,\u2063 have landed him in hot water \u200dand may result in another $10,000 fine for violating a gag order placed \u200con him during the trial.<\/p>\n<p>In his social media post, Trump accuses Judge Engoron of refusing to accept the overturning of his decisions by the Appeals Court,\u200d calling \u2063it a first \u200bin the\u2064 history of the state.\u2063 He goes on \u2063to claim that the judge has gone \u200dcrazy \u200cin his hatred of Trump and accuses him of\u200c protecting the &#8220;racist&#8221; Attorney General Letitia James.\u200d Trump further alleges that the \u200cjudge&#8217;s misconduct is coupled\u2064 with \u200cprosecutorial \u200cmisconduct, calling for someone from the state of New York to step in and stop this alleged miscarriage of justice.<\/p>\n<p>This is \u2063not \u200bthe first time that Trump has been fined for violating the gag order. According to \u2062The New York Times, he has already\u200d been\u200d fined twice. \u200bJudge Engoron\u200b issued \u200cthe first $5,000 punishment, which he \u2063referred to as \u200c&#8221;nominal,&#8221; citing that the court has already\u2064 reached beyond the warning stage. Despite \u2062Trump&#8217;s\u2064 sworn testimony that his \u2063comments didn&#8217;t refer to the judge&#8217;s clerk, Engoron fined him an additional $10,000, stating that Trump&#8217;s defense rings hollow and untrue.<\/p>\n<p>Trump has not yet appealed Engoron&#8217;s gag order, but members of his legal team have expressed concerns about the constitutionality of limiting the former president&#8217;s right to comment on courtroom proceedings. Trump&#8217;s first violation \u200cwas seen as an oversight, as the social media post in question had remained\u2062 on his campaign website for weeks.
