I always thought that was wrong,\u201d \u2064Cuomo said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m \u200ban American, I\u2019m\u2064 worried \u200dabout the American\u2064 hostages, I\u2019m worried about\u2062 our interests, and that\u2019s one\u2064 aspect of why I care,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>This clip made the rounds on \u200csocial media Thursday\u2063 thanks to\u200b Nicholas Fondacaro, associate\u2062 editor at the Media Research Center.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Chris Cuomo \u200dadmits that ABC BANNED their \u200dreporters from wearing American flag pins after 9\/11:<br \/>\n\u201cI wasn\u2019t allowed to say this then, but I just\u200b don\u2019t care now\u2026 Back on\u2062 9\/11, they wouldn\u2019t let us \u2064\u2013 \u200dat ABC \u2063News \u2013 wear a flag pin.
