When you get \u2063into negotiations in the conference \u2064committee, the speaker\u200b of the House and \u200bthe leader of our party has to have a strong hand, and so if we can keep the team together, keep rowing in the same direction \u2014 \u200clook, everybody\u2019s got\u2064 to give up on \u200dsome of their preferences.
