They&#8217;re attempting to go out there right now.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>As the call unfolds, the 911 operator\u2062 says he will send an ambulance to the location while also promising to \u200bcontact the local fire chief and see if &#8220;he wants \u200bto drop a boat in there.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;If we get him out of the\u2063 water, I can give you another situation report; they&#8217;re not \u2064over the radio right now,&#8221; the agent\u200c continues.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"post-figure\" style=\"margin-left:0;margin-right:0;max-width:1200px\">\n<figure style=\"width:640px;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto\" class=\"alignnone\"><figcaption>  Former President Barack Obama looks on during the U.N. However, rescuers at the location had recovered his hat and a paddle \u2063board.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re out in the water right now but as of now they don&#8217;t know where he is,&#8221; the agent says.<\/p>\n<p>The dispatcher ends the second call with\u200d a promise that &#8220;everybody was on the way&#8221; to &#8220;meet with you guys and gather their resources.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>According to authorities, Mr. Campbell&#8217;s body \u200dwas later \u2063recovered 100 feet from\u2062 the pond&#8217;s shore, at a depth of approximately eight feet. Officials said at \u2063the time that the State Police Detective Unit was jointly investigating the fatality for the Cape and\u2063 Islands District and Edgartown Police. It was also revealed that Mr. \u200bCampbell \u2062was\u200d not \u2062wearing a life jacket at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n<p>It was confirmed \u2062by police the Obamas were not present at their nearby residence \u2064at the time of Mr. Campbell&#8217;s accident, but were on the island. He then struggled in the water and yelled for help, before sinking beneath the water in the space of only a few moments.<\/p>\n<p>According to the records, the unnamed Obama employee tried to help Mr. Campbell, but \u200dby the time she reached his paddle board, he was already underneath the water, which she described as very \u200cmurky. The witness was again interviewed in the Obama residence\u2063 the following morning, \u2063with the former president in the room.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v32annc-obama-chef-who-mysteriously-drowned-shows-he-could-swim-on-his-social-media.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Videos posted<\/a> on Mr. Campbell&#8217;s Instagram page in 2019 show \u2062him \u2062swimming laps \u200bin a pool.\u2064 However, the documents\u200d from Judicial Watch \u200creveal that Mr. Campbell&#8217;s \u200cfamily told police he had undertaken swimming lessons in the past but described his overall swimming ability as poor \u200cand he was ultimately &#8220;not a great \u2062swimmer.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The documents claim\u2062 there is a Secret Service video showing\u2063 Mr. Campbell\u200c and the unnamed Obama employee\u2064 entering the water. It&#8217;s also claimed \u200dthe video shows the Secret Service emergency response \u2063in the immediate aftermath of\u2062 the drowning.<\/p>\n<p>The waters in which Mr. Campbell drowned, Edgartown Great Pond, span 890 acres. The Obamas&#8217; 6,892-foot mansion is located at\u200c the edge of the pond. They bought it for\u200c $11.75 million in 2019.
