Version: 4.0.47--><h2>Kremlin Responds \u200dto Reports\u200c Putin Was Found Convulsing \u200don\u2063 the Floor Amid Medical Emergency<\/h2>\n<p>The Kremlin is denying \u2062reports that Russian President Vladimir Putin \u200bsuffered a serious medical episode this week and\u2063 was found on\u2064 the floor of his bedroom.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Sky \u2063News Australia, citing a\u2063 Telegram post by a group called\u200b General\u200d SVR claiming to have \u2064classified intelligence on Putin\u2019s\u200c health,\u2064 reported Monday that he had collapsed\u200b in\u200d his bedroom on Sunday evening.<\/p>\n<p>Other Western news outlets \u2014 \u2064including\u2062 the U.K.\u2019s Express and Mirror \u2014 also reported the claims from General SVR.<\/p>\n<p>Putin, 71, suffered from cardiac arrest and fell to the floor, alerting his\u2062 security\u200d team, the group said.<\/p>\n<p>Sky News reported Putin was\u200b allegedly found in\u200c the room \u201cconvulsively\u200d arched while lying \u2064on the floor, rolling his eyes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe \u200bdoctors, who were on duty at the residence in one of the adjacent\u2064 rooms, were immediately called,\u201d General SVR \u2064said, according to the report.\u200c \u201cDoctors performed resuscitation, having previously determined that the president was in cardiac arrest.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHelp was provided on time, the heart was started, and Putin \u200bregained consciousness.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The group said the Russian leader\u2019s inner\u2064 circle fears\u2063 he is on the \u201cbrink of \u2062death,\u201d according to Sky News.<\/p>\n<p>But according to the Kremlin, the report is false.<\/p>\n<p>It also attempted\u200b to dispel rumors that\u200d Putin, whose \u2063health has been questioned, has been staying out of \u200bsight and using a body double.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything \u2063is fine\u2062 with him, this is absolutely \u200danother fake,\u201d Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on a Russian Telegram channel in reference to the report\u200d Putin suffered \u200ba health episode, Reuters reported.<\/p>\n<p>Peskov \u2063also said claims that Putin has used a body double \u2063have made him \u201csmile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis\u200b belongs to the category of absurd\u2064 information\u200c hoaxes that \u200ba whole series of media discuss with enviable \u200btenacity,\u201d \u200dhe said. \u201cThis evokes nothing but a smile.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As Newsweek noted, since Russia\u2019s\u200b 2022 invasion of Ukraine, rumors about Putin\u2019s\u200d health have\u2064 been plentiful but not confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2064leader has\u200d been said to have suffered from ailments from terminal cancer to Parkinson\u2019s disease.<\/p>\n<p>Russian officials have denied claims Putin is\u200d struggling at\u2063 every \u2064turn \u2014 including a report last winter, also courtesy of General SVR, that the Russian leader fell down a flight of stairs \u200band soiled himself.<\/p>\n<p>One intelligence expert told Newsweek in February that he believes reports of Putin\u2019s apparent coming death might be a product of \u201cwishful thinking.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m deeply skeptical that Putin has some health problems likely \u200dto lead to his\u2064 imminent death or incapacitation,\u201d said Mark Galeotti of the London-based consultant\u2064 firm Mayak Intelligence.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a great deal of rumor, propaganda and wishful thinking in play,\u201d Galeotti said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>A Note from Our Deputy\u200d Managing Editor:<\/h3>\n<p><em><b>What if you woke up\u2063 one morning and half of the people you count on had just \u2064vanished overnight?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>That happened \u2063to me recently. How could this happen?\u2062 How could we lose so much visibility and reach overnight?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>It turns \u2063out, we were \u2063victims of what many refer to as &#8220;Big Tech\u200c censorship.&#8221; It&#8217;s a growing problem that affects not only us, but countless other conservative voices and news outlets\u200b as well.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>But how did it come to this? How did we reach a point where a \u2064handful of powerful tech companies have \u2063the\u2062 ability to silence and suppress voices they disagree with?<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Well, let me give you a little background. In recent years, there has been \u200ba trend of\u200b increased control and influence by Big Tech companies over the flow of information online. Platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Google have become \u200cthe gatekeepers\u2062 of news and content, \u200ddeciding what is allowed \u2063to be\u2063 seen and heard, and what is \u2062not.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>At \u200cfirst, this may not seem like a big deal. After\u2064 all, these are private\u200d companies and\u2064 they have the right \u200cto moderate their platforms as\u2064 they see fit. But the problem lies in the fact that these companies have essentially \u200dbecome \u200dmonopolies, \u2062with unprecedented control and influence over the digital landscape.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>And with that control, they have the power\u200c to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mainstream-media-and-big-techs-seismic-shift-to-the-left\/\" title=\"Mainstream Media and Big Tech\u2019s Seismic Shift to the Left\">shape public opinion<\/a>, control narratives,\u200d and manipulate the information we see. They \u200bcan promote certain viewpoints and suppress \u2064others, effectively deciding what is true and what\u2063 is not.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>That&#8217;s a dangerous amount of power to be\u200b concentrated \u2062in the \u200chands of just a few individuals. It \u2062goes against the principles of \u2064free\u200b speech and\u2062 open exchange of ideas that \u200bare the foundation\u200c of a healthy democracy.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>So what can\u2062 be done about it? Well, there are a few \u200boptions. One \u2064is to regulate these tech giants more heavily, imposing stricter rules and oversight \u200bto ensure that they are not \u200cabusing their power. This could include\u200d measures\u2063 to protect free speech and prevent censorship.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Another option is to promote competition and diversify the\u200d digital marketplace. By\u200c breaking up\u2064 these \u200cmonopolies \u200band encouraging the emergence of new platforms, we can reduce\u200b the power of \u200cBig Tech and create \u2064a more <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/brexit-trade-deal-published-as-uk-calls-for-end-to-ugly-divisions\/\" title=\"Brexit trade deal published as UK calls for end to \u2018ugly\u2019 divisions\">level playing field<\/a>.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Finally, we as\u2064 individuals can \u200btake action as well. We can be more discerning in our consumption\u2063 of news and information, seeking out diverse viewpoints and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/kremlin-responds-to-reports-putin-was-found-convulsing-on-the-floor-amid-medical-emergency\/\" title=\"Kremlin reacts to claims of Putin's convulsions during medical crisis.\">supporting independent media outlets<\/a>. We \u2064can \u200calso take steps to\u200b protect our privacy online and \u2062reduce\u200d our \u2062reliance on these platforms.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><b>Ultimately, the fight against Big Tech\u2064 censorship is a battle for the future of free speech and democracy.
