Fincher \u2063said. &#8220;I feel \u2064like there&#8217;s no accountability for the ATF.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>An ATF\u2064 spokesman declined to comment \u2064on Fincher&#8217;s case, but \u200cemphasized \u200cthat reports have inaccurately portrayed \u2063the\u2064 agency&#8217;s administrative procedures.<\/p>\n<p>Ashely Stephens, a resident agent in charge and\u2062 public information officer for the ATF&#8217;s Tulsa field office, stated that\u2064 the allegations of confiscating guns without reason or offering\u200b to sell them back for a fraction of their\u2063 value are false.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;That\u2063 is a mischaracterization of what \u2062happened,&#8221;
