But the IDF is ready, according to the Time of \u2064Israel \u2014 and \u200dthe sooner it gets started, the better.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAfter 16 days of airstrikes, the IDF has \u2063told the government \u2063that it is fully prepared for a ground \u2063offensive in the Gaza Strip, and believes it can achieve the goals set out for it, even at the risk of heavy casualties to soldiers, and amid repeated attacks by Hezbollah in the north,\u201d \u2062the \u200cnewspaper reported.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Israel Defense Forces believes that in order to\u2064 attain the \u2062objectives of the war against Hamas, laid out by \u2062government\u2063 officials, the military must begin its\u200c ground offensive in\u200d the Gaza Strip sooner rather than later, The Times of \u200dIsrael has learned,\u201d it said.<\/p>\n<p>But the invasion hasn\u2019t \u2063started yet \u2014\u2064 and one\u2062 reason for that is 6,000 miles away from \u2063where the fighting will take place,\u200c at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave., \u2064Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Every\u2062 day the IDF delays a ground invasion it gives Hamas a chance\u200c to prep.\u2062 Lay traps. But, as Klein noted, the Biden administration doesn\u2019t like to talk about Iran in an\u2063 antagonistic way.<\/p>\n<p>(The Tehran regime\u2019s clear involvement in the Oct. 7 attack has been ignored or downplayed by the Biden White House.)<\/p>\n<p>Most cynically seen, the\u200b Biden\u200b White House is \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/squad-dems-weigh-terrorists-murder-hundreds-israel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">playing both sides<\/a> of the\u200d street,\u2062 playing up to American sympathies for Israel \u2014 a modern \u200cdemocracy and an ally surrounded and\u200d vastly outnumbered by murderous regimes that still \u2064would be living in the 7th century if there weren\u2019t \u200doil under their feet \u200c\u2014 while <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/squad-puts-forward-resolution-calling-israel-cease-response-hamas-terror-attack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">appeasing its leftist \u2062base<\/a> by\u200b holding off, for now, Israel\u2019s righteous\u200d retaliation.<\/p>\n<p>Only a fool would \u200dsell the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/israel-awakens-idf-carries-furious-retribution\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Israeli military<\/a> short. \u200bIt has a 75-year record of success against \u2064seemingly impossible odds, so there\u2019s a good chance that\u2062 what is \u2064happening now is well in hand.<\/p>\n<p>Still, \u200bit\u2019s hard to \u200csee how a prolonged delay in action helps anyone but Hamas.<\/p>\n<p>Keeping a 300,000-man and -woman army on \u200dfull alert and primed for massive land \u2064action would be an effort\u200c for any country \u2014 and for one the \u200dsize \u2063of\u2062 Israel, with \u2063a population of only about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cia.gov\/the-world-factbook\/countries\/israel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">9 million<\/a>, it\u2019s got to be draining.<\/p>\n<p>And, the world \u200bbeing what it is, every day that passes from\u2063 the time\u2064 of the \u200bbrutal bloodshed lessens the world\u2019s\u2062 outrage over the Oct. 7 deaths a\u2064 little more.<\/p>\n<p>Human lives tend \u2063to be cheaply held among\u2062 a large number of\u200b U.N. member\u200c nations. Jewish human lives even more so.<\/p>\n<p>Back in 2014, former Defense Secretary Robert Gates, who served under Republican President George W. Bush as well as Democratic President Barack\u2064 Obama, \u2063made headlines <a href=\"https:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/robert-gates-thinks-joe-biden-hasn-39-t-212615128.html?fr=sycsrp_catchall\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">for an observation<\/a> about Biden in his memoirs that the\u200d then-vice president \u201chad been wrong on nearly every major foreign\u200d policy and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/not-making-headlines-more-information-on-chinas-involvement-in-the-2020-election-steal\/\" title=\"NOT MAKING HEADLINES: More Information on China\u2019s Involvement In the 2020 Election Steal\">national security issue<\/a> over the past four decades.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hamas knows\u2064 that.
