New York Judge Arthur Engoron issued a partial gag order that blocks personal criticism of courtroom personnel \u2063after\u2063 President Trump accused his principal clerk of having \u200da cozy relationship with Senate Democrat Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.).<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, he was fined \u2063$5,000 by the New York judge after a post about his clerk reportedly stayed up on his \u200ccampaign website for several weeks, despite the former president having deleted it \u2062from social media. His attorneys said that\u200c it was an oversight.<\/p>\n<p>It comes as the Trump campaign confirmed the former president will\u2063 hold a rally in Florida as counter-programming to \u2062the third\u200d Republican presidential primary debate, which \u200bhe is \u200donce again choosing to skip.<\/p>\n<p>The campaign stated he will hold a rally the evening of Nov. 8th at a stadium in Hialeah, \u2063Florida about a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/delusions-of-progressive-resistance-in-pas-heartland\/\" title=\"Delusions Of Progressive \u2018Resistance\u2019 In PA\u2019s Heartland\">half-hour drive<\/a> from the\u200d Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, \u2064where his rivals will be meeting.
