But it\u2019s so unconstitutional. \u200bThe \u2064good thing is we \u2064have so much support it\u2019s incredible.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>Gag Order<\/h2>\n<p>The \u200dfull text of the order by Judge Tanya Chutkan is as follows:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;All interested \u2064parties in this matter, including the parties and\u200c their counsel, are prohibited from\u200b making any public statements, or directing others to make any\u200d public statements, \u2063that target (1) the\u2063 Special \u2063Counsel prosecuting this case \u200bor his staff; (2) defense counsel\u200d or their staff; (3) any of this court\u2019s staff or other supporting \u2064personnel;\u2062 or (4) any reasonably\u2063 foreseeable witness or the \u200csubstance of their testimony.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The order, although described as &#8220;limited&#8221; and \u2062&#8221;partial&#8221;\u2063 in reports, still has broad language.
