Ilhan Omar finally\u200d found \u200dsomeone she can condemn \u200bas a &#8220;terrorist&#8221;: Ohio Republican Jim Jordan.<\/p>\n<p>Omar chose this moment in world \u2062events to resurrect and post a quote from former House Speaker John Boehner describing Jordan as a &#8220;legislative terrorist&#8221; (a description Boehner \u2062apparently used to complain\u200d about Jordan&#8217;s ability to make &#8220;Boehner&#8217;s life miserable&#8221;).<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center;\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-586566301\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5edfdcfbf622ade0519dada35039847f fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-5edfdcfbf622ade0519dada35039847f\"><\/div>\n<p>Thankfully, others have stepped up to disavow the heinous behavior of Hamas. \u2063A\u200c San Francisco Board of Supervisors declaration condemned the &#8220;domestic terrorist organization&#8221; and blamed its\u2062 sponsor\u2064 states for putting &#8220;weapons in the \u2062hands of those who would harm and terrorize us.&#8221; Rep. Jamaal Bowman called for\u200b focusing &#8220;energy&#8221; on fighting &#8220;the Nazis&#8221; before &#8220;anything else.&#8221; The\u200c National School Boards Association wrote to the attorney general about the &#8220;immediate threat&#8221; posed by\u200c &#8220;actions of malice [and] violence,&#8221; urging a response to &#8220;terrorism and hate crimes.&#8221; Whoopi Goldberg of &#8220;The View&#8221; bravely denounced them as \u200d&#8221;terrorists.&#8221; Former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage condemned the &#8220;terrorist&#8221; at the top.<\/p>\n<p>Omar, to her credit,\u200b decried the &#8220;ethnic cleansing&#8221; and &#8220;war crimes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Just kidding! \u2064None of these\u200b principled condemnations were directed at the terrorist attacks by Hamas against Israeli civilians last week. Issued over the past several years, they respectively referred to \u2064the National Rifle\u200d Association, Republicans in Congress, concerned parents at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/maryland-school-district-announces-policy-to-push-anti-racist-thinking-in-preschool-redefine-discrimination-and-racism\/\" title=\"Maryland School District Announces Policy to Push \u2018Anti-Racist Thinking\u2019 In Preschool, Redefine \u2018Discrimination\u2019 and \u2018Racism\u2019\">school board meetings<\/a>, congressional Republicans (again), and Donald Trump. Omar&#8217;s &#8220;ethnic cleansing&#8221; comment was\u200d actually about Israel urging residents and others in Gaza to evacuate before incoming airstrikes against Hamas targets, while her &#8220;war crimes&#8221; remark slammed Israel for\u2064 turning off \u200delectricity in Hamas-controlled territory.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, left-wing college students, their professors, and other congressional Democrats have found themselves \u2062unable to condemn the actual terrorists who killed, \u2064raped, and kidnapped unsuspecting Israelis \u200cand their families. Student groups and Marxist outfits like Black Lives Matter have aligned themselves\u2062 with the \u2064terrorists,\u2062 while others have reserved harsher words\u2064 for the defending Israeli forces than for their attackers.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-15d629477c1e38b7ac0ee01d1a2013c8 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-15d629477c1e38b7ac0ee01d1a2013c8\"><\/div>\n<p>Why is it so hard to call a terrorist \u2014 a real\u2063 one, who murders families in their homes and, yes, beheads babies \u2014 a terrorist? For a known antisemite like Omar,\u2062 the answer is \u200beasy enough to discern.<\/p>\n<p>For Marxists like BLM and\u2063 their drones in college classrooms, it&#8217;s only slightly more complicated. Having been\u2063 taught to see everything\u2064 through the lens of oppressors and oppressed, they buy into the lies about Israeli &#8220;colonizers&#8221; and must therefore stand with the &#8220;freedom fighters.&#8221; Hamas, after all, is only doing to Israeli civilians \u2062what true Marxists think should be done to all &#8220;settlers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But there&#8217;s another \u2064hurdle to leftists admitting the terrorist acts committed by Hamas are, in fact, \u200cterrorism. To do so would invite comparison between those terrorists \u200d\u2014 of the raping, killing, and beheading\u2063 variety \u2014 and the Republican &#8220;terrorists&#8221; that Democrats have assured us pose the\u200b greatest threat to\u200b the republic.<\/p>\n<p>It \u200clooks pretty silly to call a potential speaker of the\u200d House of \u200dRepresentatives a &#8220;terrorist&#8221; when there&#8217;s so much real terrorism going on in the world. It looks equally silly to call Republicans &#8220;Nazis&#8221; while your own side cheers the deaths of hundreds of Jewish victims. No serious person \u200bcould take \u2064a person like that seriously!<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f24510033c5dab5fd8f50abe22982ac8 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f24510033c5dab5fd8f50abe22982ac8\"><\/div>\n<p>The Hamas attacks in Israel are inconvenient for the narrative that paints \u200cRepublican congressmen, pro-life demonstrators, and concerned \u2062public school parents as terrorists who pray to Donald Trump at night, hide out in booby-trapped compounds\u2064 in \u2064the Texas desert, and work to rain violent jihad \u200con the\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leftists-cant-acknowledge-real-terrorists-without-exposing-terrorist-smears-of-republicans-as-ridiculous\/\" title=\"Leftists can't admit real terrorists, exposing GOP 'terrorist' smears as absurd.\">sexually frustrated elementary school teachers \u2064exposed<\/a> by Libs of TikTok. If there are terrorists actually\u200c dragging women&#8217;s battered bodies through the streets and taking toddlers hostage, Americans might realize that &#8220;terrorism&#8221; is \u200ba touch hysterical to describe voting for Trump or questioning the effectiveness of \u2062Covid lockdowns online. And then where \u200dwould Democrats&#8217; efforts to defend &#8220;democracy&#8221; be?<\/p>\n<p>Anyone who honestly opposes &#8220;terrorism&#8221; should\u200c have no problem blasting Hamas&#8217; crimes\u2064 in the strongest possible terms.
