But this ranking serves as a reminder that there are many incredible communities throughout the state,&#8221; she \u200csaid.<\/p>\n<p>Pamela Pariso, \u200ba <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/analysis-us-housing-market-facing-many-challenges-from-high-mortgage-rates-to-lack-of-supply\/\" title=\"US housing market struggles with high mortgage rates and limited supply.\">local real estate agent<\/a>, shared her insights on Elmira&#8217;s top ranking. &#8220;Elmira is a well-kept secret.
