Despite the sales associate\u2019s assurance\u200b that she could continue working, the manager refused to allow her \u200bto \u200dreturn. <\/p>\n<p>Rutledge \u2064later received a separation notice citing \u201chealth reasons\u201d as the cause for her termination.
