They think everybody thinks like them. They see\u200b people do something truly evil and \u2064think to themselves, \u201cWell, that\u2062 is\u200c terrible \u2014 but the only reason<\/span> <i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">would do something like that\u2063 is if something \u2063truly awful \u200bhappened to <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">me<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. After all, \u2063people \u2062are generally reasonable, generally peaceable, \u2063generally decent, aren\u2019t they?\u2064 What awful circumstance could force someone into such terrible, evil behavior?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cIf only someone had just made a few concessions, dismantled a few settlements, offered a little more land. After all, we all want the same \u200bthing, right?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No, we\u2064 don\u2019t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can all tell yourself these comforting little lies \u2062 <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">before<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">you see the pictures of what true evil does. But you \u2064can\u2019t tell \u2063those\u200d lies to yourself <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">after<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">you\u2063 see the pictures, after\u200d you see the videos, after you listen to the audio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Here\u2019s the point. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nothing anyone \u2063has ever done \u2063to you or could ever do to you would cause you to do these things.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No territorial dispute would cause you \u200bto butcher babies. No squabble over territory would cause you to rape and abduct women. No so-called \u201coccupation\u201d \u200bwould cause \u2063you to kidnap\u2062 entire families or burn \u200cthem alive in their homes.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/episode\/ep-1826-why-i-m-showing-you-hamas-atrocities2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WATCH: The Ben Shapiro Show<\/a><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The only type of person\u200b who would do something like \u2063that is\u2064 a\u200b person \u2064who <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">isn\u2019t\u2064 like you<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. A person who thinks differently than you do. A\u2063 person who <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">does \u2063not value life or \u200bchildren or decency<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">the same way that you do. A person who might proclaim they <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">love death like you love life<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hamas leader Mohammed Deif said, \u201cToday you Israelis are fighting divine soldiers \u2062who love death for Allah \u2062the way you love life and who compete among \u2063themselves for\u200b martyrdom like\u2064 you \u200bflee from death.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hamas leader\u2064 Ismail Haniyeh screamed, \u201cWe love death\u2064 like our \u200denemies love \u200clife.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">These kinds of people would call\u200b for killing their own children to wipe out the Jews.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Hamas spokesperson: \u201cThe Palestinian people shall liberate its land with\u2063 blood, with martyrs, with women, and with children.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Contrary to \u200dthe peculiar narcissism of many Westerners, there are lots \u200bof people around the world who <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">don\u2019t<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">think like we do, who <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">don\u2019t<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  actually care about their children\u2062 the way we\u200d do, which \u200cis why they hide rocket launchers behind their own\u2063 kids and willingly murder Jewish babies just because they are \u2063Jewish \u200dbabies. They\u2019ve been indoctrinated \u2014 cult-like since youth \u2014 in a system of cancerous hatred so strong they\u2019re willing to commit the worst atrocities since the Nazis and then <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">post them online and celebrate them<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hamas is not like you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Those people who celebrate Hamas are not like you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">And \u2014\u2063 Hamas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">exploits the fact<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  that you are \u2062not like them. They murder your \u2062children and\u2062 they hide\u2063 behind their own. They rely on your cultural \u2063narcissism to make you believe the death of the kids they are hiding\u2063 behind is somehow <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">your<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fault.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You see, if they cared about their kids the \u200dway you do it must be <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">your<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fault when their children die in airstrikes <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">they<\/span><\/i> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">provoke \u2014 while they \u2062hide behind their own children. They expect you\u200b to care <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">more \u2062about their kids than they do themselves<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But what\u2019s more\u200b important, they expect you\u2062 to believe that they care about their own children when they manifestly care more about\u2062 other things. About destroying the \u2063state of Israel. About murdering every Jew\u2063 in\u2062 their bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">They\u200b cannot be reasoned with and they \u2062cannot be negotiated with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">All of this is awkward for those who believe in \u2063a supposed universal human liberalism\u200d in which we all \u2063seek the same thing. We all seek freedom. We all seek a decent way of life.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Not all human beings \u2063think the same way. We don\u2019t.\u200d I know\u200d this is hard to believe\u200b about any human beings, but it happens to be true\u2062 even if it is a seriously hideous truth, perhaps the most hideous truth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hamas does not think like you. We do\u2063 not\u200c all seek the same thing. We do not share the same values.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You know how I know we \u200cdon\u2019t? Not just because Hamas says it and proclaims it. But \u200dalso because of what they\u2063 do and then what they <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">broadcast and celebrate<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. The\u200c Nazis at least tried to hide their genocide. \u200cHamas cheers it. They hand out candies\u200c to children to celebrate the murder of babies and the rape of women.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">I\u2019ve seen\u2062 the pictures; I\u2019ve seen the\u200b videos; I\u2019ve watched the tapes. They release the tapes. They celebrate.\u200b You\u2019ve seen them on my show.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The myth\u200b that \u200beveryone is a Westerner underneath has to end \u2014 or the West itself is going to end, because narcissism is the preserve of the safe and the\u200c fat and the happy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Unless \u2014 we wake up and look the ugly\u200b reality of evil directly\u2062 in its evil face.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">That\u2019s why I\u2019m showing you this\u2064 ugly\u200d reality, that hideous reality.
