At the time, they were weak and malnourished, and in need\u200d of immediate care. They were taken to ZooTampa where a team of dedicated \u2064professionals worked tirelessly to nurse them\u2063 back to health.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past two \u2062years, the \u200cmanatees have undergone a remarkable transformation. With round-the-clock care, a strict diet, and plenty of exercise, they\u2064 have grown into healthy and robust individuals. However, in\u200c order to prepare them for life in\u200b the wild, the decision was made to move them to the Cincinnati Zoo for\u2064 a period of time to help them gain weight.<\/p>\n<p>At the Cincinnati Zoo, the manatees were \u200bgiven access to an abundance of food, allowing them to fatten up and develop the necessary layer of blubber to keep them warm during the colder months. The team\u200c at the zoo closely monitored their progress, ensuring they were on track for a successful return to the wild.<\/p>\n<p>Now, after months of rehabilitation, the three manatees have\u2062 returned to their home at ZooTampa.
