As the teens steer the vehicle towards him, their laughter can be \u2062heard. The bicycle is forcefully rammed, causing Probst to be thrown onto the hood and through the windshield before landing on\u200b the \u2064ground near the \u2063curb.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to murder and residential \u2063burglary charges, the teenagers have been indicted for battery, attempted murder, residential burglary, multiple counts of automobile grand larceny, possession of a \u200bstolen vehicle, and the younger teen also\u2063 faces\u2064 a \u200dcharge of possessing burglary tools.<\/p>\n<p>According\u200c to Nevada \u2063law, if convicted of murder, the\u2064 teens could face \u200da sentence of\u200d 20 years to life in state \u2062prison, as they were \u200bnot yet 18 \u200bat the time of the crimes.
