BOW, Okla.\u2014A tragic incident occurred at Broken\u200c Bow Municipal Airport, about 185 miles\u200c southeast of Oklahoma City,\u200d when a woman riding a lawnmower near the\u2064 runway was\u2063 struck and\u200b killed by the wing of a\u2064 small \u200dairplane, \u200baccording to the\u200c Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).<\/p>\n<p>The victim, Samantha Hayes, \u200d27, \u2062of Idabel, tragically lost her life on Friday, as reported by the OHP.<\/p>\n<p>The pilot of\u2064 the aircraft, James Baxter, flying a Bonanza A36, informed \u2064investigators that he spotted Hayes after landing on the \u200brunway around 2:30 p.m. He attempted to pull \u200bup and fly over her, but unfortunately, she was struck by the wing, according to the OHP.<\/p>\n<div
