The communique (<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1eNuO86DVAqDpBPlfy9MBr1JMdwlsv4R1\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pdf<\/a>) criticized No Labels\u2019 effort as \u201ca direct threat to our democracy\u201d and setting \u200bup \u201ca clear path for\u200c Donald Trump\u2019s reelection.\u201d\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re not na\u00efve, and we don\u2019t expect the Democratic National Committee or the Republican National Committee to welcome competition \u200bthat threatens their power and influence,\u201d the No Labels letter says. \u201cBut as lifelong Democrats,\u2062 we do expect the leaders of\u200c our party\u2014which has always championed ballot access \u200dand voting rights\u2014to\u200b refrain\u200b from blatantly antidemocratic behavior.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>It added: \u201cThe DNC is\u2062 part of a broader\u2063 and more organized campaign to subvert \u2062No Labels\u2019 ballot access efforts \u200cthat are on the razor\u2019s edge of \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/cdc-exposed-inflated-covid-deaths-by-1600-throughout-the-election-violated-multiple-federal-laws-peer-reviewed-study-findsstate-local-governments-must-act\/\" title=\"CDC Exposed: Inflated Covid Deaths By 1600% Throughout The Election, \u201cViolated Multiple Federal Laws\u201d Peer-Reviewed Study Finds\u2026State, Local Governments Must Act\">violating federal law<\/a>. Engaging in\u2062 tactics such as\u2064 these \u2063is a blatant violation of the basic constitutional rights that No Labels and \u200cits supporters enjoy under the First Amendment rights of \u200bfreedom of association and freedom of speech.\u201d \u200c  <\/p>\n<h2>Poll<\/h2>\n<p>No Labels plans to hold a nominating convention in \u200bDallas, Texas, in\u2062 April 2024.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>In August, just days before the first Republican \u200dpresidential\u200d debate in Milwaukee, No Labels released a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nolabels.org\/new-presidential-battleground-state-polling-by-no-labels-reveals-widespread-support-for-ballot-access-and-growing-vote-share-for-independent-option\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">survey<\/a> of 9,481 voters in eight\u200b key battleground states\u2014Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, \u2063and Wisconsin.\n<\/div>\n<p>The survey found that 63 percent of\u200c respondents were \u201copen to supporting a moderate independent presidential candidate\u201d if alternative choices were President Biden and President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>Seventy-two \u200cpercent said they didn\u2019t want President Biden to \u2064run for a second term, while 63\u2064 percent\u2063 did not\u2064 prefer President \u2062Trump.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cVoters in these\u2063 states are sending \u200ca simple\u200d and powerful message: They want more choices in \u200b2024\u2062 and they don\u2019t like anyone working to limit \u200ctheir choices,\u201d said No Labels chief strategist Ryan Clancy in a \u2062statement accompanying the survey.<\/p>\n<p>The survey also \u200bfound that 73 percent believed that \u201cactively working to block the listing of more choices on the ballot for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/no-labels-asks-state-democratic-chairs-not-to-inferere-after-bidens-comments\/\" title=\"No Labels urges State Democratic Chairs to refrain from interfering following Biden's remarks.\">president represents \u2062vote choice suppression<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>Additionally, 77\u200c percent wanted the \u200dJustice Department should investigate politically motivated\u2063 actions to block the availability of more choices\u2062 on the ballot.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2>How did\u200b state Democratic Party officials respond\u200b to the open letter from the\u2064 No\u2063 Labels leaders<\/h2>\n<p><span>  \u200bThe fight for ballot access is heating up as \u200dthe bipartisan political group\u200d No\u200d Labels \u200cconfronts state Democratic \u2063Party officials and reminds them of President Joe \u2062Biden&#8217;s support for their \u2064work.
