They\u2019re all nice now, right?\u201d asked Colbert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThey\u2019re an emotionally stunted group of fundamentally flawed people doing a very silly pseudo-job. That\u2019s what she\u2019s marrying into. So I hope she likes it. It\u2019s going to be weird for her. I would not marry into the royal family. I\u2019m a commoner. I would not be welcomed \u2014 especially after what I\u2019ve just said,\u201d responded Oliver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During the interview with Oprah Winfrey, Meghan made various unsubstantiated and noticeably vague claims of mistreatment during her brief time as a member of the Royal Family. One such <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/markle-tells-oprah-royal-family-expressed-concerns-about-skin-color-of-her-son\">claim<\/a> was<\/span> <span>that a member of the Royal Family expressed \u201cconcerns\u201d over the color of their son\u2019s skin and \u201chow dark the baby\u2019s going to be potentially and what that would mean or look like.\u201d Harry supported this claim, but refused to specify who was the alleged \u201coffender,\u201d saying \u201cThat conversation I\u2019m never going to share.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Another was that Markle\u2019s sister-in law, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton, made her cry in 2018, with Markle<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/meghan-markle-claims-kate-middleton-made-her-cry\"><span>telling<\/span><\/a> <span>Winfrey that \u201cA few days before the wedding, she was upset about something, pertaining, yes, the issue was correct about flower girl dresses, and it made me cry, and it really hurt my feelings.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>During the interview, Meghan also blamed racism for her son not receiving a title, and compared herself to Ariel in The Little Mermaid.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI was sitting in Nottingham Cottage and The Little Mermaid came on. And who as an adult really watches The Little Mermaid?
