Assistant\u2062 District Attorney Clint Orem reported that a total of 67 adults and five minors have been charged, primarily with burglary and theft offenses.<\/p>\n<p>Interim\u2062 Philadelphia Police Commissioner John\u200c Stanford emphasized the severity of the charges, \u200cstating, &#8220;Whatever we can possibly apply \u2064to this situation, we&#8217;re going to apply it.
