This comes after an independent panel, set up by the European Space Agency\u200d (ESA), recommended fixes following a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/arianespace-says-faulty-carbon-component-to-blame-for-failed-satellite-launch\/\" title=\"Arianespace says faulty carbon component to blame for failed satellite launch\">failed satellite launch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>An Arianespace\u2063 mission on Dec. 20 carrying two\u2063 Airbus Defence &#038; Space satellites failed around two \u200cand a half minutes into flight when \u200ban anomaly occurred with the\u2062 Zefiro 40 motor used by the Vega C rockets.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Avio revealed that the investigation conducted by ESA attributed the failure to a nozzle issue with the Zefiro 40.
