The lawsuit also names the production firm Jemmin Inc. and the \u200bCircle Star\u200d Theater Corp. as defendants.<\/p>\n<p>According to the lawsuit, Motsinger and Cosby met at a Sausalito restaurant where she was working. Cosby \u200dwould\u200b visit the restaurant\u200d every day and developed a relationship \u200bwith Motsinger. He even \u200bcalled her son from the payphone inside the restaurant to gain her\u200d trust.<\/p>\n<p>On the night of \u200dthe alleged assault, Cosby followed Motsinger to her home and invited her to a show he\u200b was performing at the Circle\u2062 Star \u2064Theater. He picked her up in\u2062 a limousine \u200band gave her a glass of wine, which she believes was drugged.
