The \u200ccharges carry maximum prison terms \u2064of \u206420 and 10 years, respectively.<br \/>\n  \u2063<\/p>\n<p>A preliminary estimate included in Mr. Schaffer\u2019s April 2021\u200d plea agreement is 41\u201351 months in prison.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Five other Oath Keepers-related defendants have\u200c their \u200bfates yet to\u2064 be fully determined in court.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n    <strong>\u2022 \u200bJeremy M. Brown,<\/strong> 48, \u200dof Tampa, Florida, faces a \u200bJan. 22, 2024, trial on charges of \u2063entering and remaining\u200d in a restricted \u200cbuilding or \u2063grounds and disorderly and disruptive conduct in\u200c a restricted building or grounds. Both \u2063charges are \u2064misdemeanors that carry \u2064a maximum\u200c one-year prison term.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Mr. Brown was sentenced in\u2063 federal court\u200d in Florida to 87 months in prison for possession\u2064 of \u2062a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-texas-lawsuit-could-freeze-bidens-attempt-to-turn-pistol-brace-owners-into-felons-with-new-injunction-request\/\" title=\"Exclusive: Texas Lawsuit Could Freeze Biden\u2019s Attempt To Turn Pistol Brace Owners Into Felons, With New Injunction Request\">short-barrel shotgun<\/a>, a \u2063short-barrel rifle, and two hand\u200d grenades. \u2063He was also convicted \u200bof one \u200ccount of willful \u200cretention of a document related\u200c to \u2062the \u2062national\u2062 defense. The items were found when the\u200b FBI searched his home\u200b on \u200da Jan. 6 warrant in \u200dSeptember 2021.\u200c He was acquitted of four\u2063 other \u2062charges at trial.<\/p>\n<p>In\u200c a\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/jan-6-defendant-says-fbi-tried-to-recruit-him-to-spy-on-oath-keepers-4208887\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letter to The Epoch Times<\/a> in December 2021, Mr.\u2062 Brown \u200csaid\u2063 the criminal charges were retaliation for his December 2020 refusal to become an FBI informant to spy on \u2062the Oath Keepers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>\u2022 Jonathan Walden,<\/strong> 58, of Birmingham, Alabama, has a\u200b bench\u2063 trial scheduled for Oct. 17 before\u2064 Judge Mehta. Mr. Walden\u200b is \u2063charged with obstruction of an official proceeding and entering and remaining in a restricted building \u2062or grounds.<br \/>\n \u200d\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>\u2022 Donovan Ray Crowl,<\/strong> 53, of Woodstock, Ohio, was \u2062found guilty in a July bench \u2063trial of \u200dobstruction of an official \u200cproceeding and civil \u2064disorder. As part of \u2063a stipulation agreement, four other charges were dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Crowl will\u200c be sentenced on \u200cNov. 17. He faces up to 20\u200b years in prison on the \u200bobstruction\u200b charge and up to\u2064 five years \u2064for civil \u2064disorder.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>\u2022 Thomas \u2064Caldwell<\/strong> was found guilty in November 2022 \u2064of obstruction of an official\u2063 proceeding and tampering with documents or proceedings. Mr. Caldwell\u2014who is not an Oath Keeper but was tried \u2062as a co-conspirator\u2014was\u2064 found not guilty on three other charges.\u200b Mr.\u2064 Caldwell will be\u200d sentenced on Nov.\u2063 16.\n  <\/li>\n<li>\n    <strong>\u2022 Kellye \u2062SoRelle,<\/strong> 44, of Granbury, Texas,\u2063 was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/former-oath-keepers-attorney-ruled-incompetent-to-stand-trial-on-jan-6-charges-5339950\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declared incompetent<\/a> to stand trial and in \u2063need of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-introduces-bill-to-decriminalize-psychedelic-drugs\/\" title=\"California Introduces Bill To Decriminalize Psychedelic Drugs\">mental health treatment<\/a> on June 16.\u2063 She will report in\u200c November to a federal Bureau of Prisons \u200bmental health facility \u2063for inpatient treatment, according \u2062to an update filed with \u200dJudge Mehta\u200d in August.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. SoRelle was \u2063the \u200cOath Keepers\u2019 general \u2063counsel until early 2022. In August \u200d2022, she was indicted on \u200dfour\u2063 charges,\u200b including conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of an official proceeding, entering\u2062 and remaining in a\u2063 restricted\u200b building or \u2062grounds, and obstruction of justice\u2014tampering with \u200cdocuments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Seventeen other Oath Keepers and \u2063affiliates have been tried \u200don\u2064 Jan.\u200c 6 charges\u200b over the past 32 \u2062months. Only one\u2014James Delisco Beeks, 51, of Orlando, Florida\u2014was acquitted of all charges.<\/p>\n<p>Oath Keepers \u2063founder Elmer Stewart Rhodes III was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/solitary-confinement-a-political-punishment-for-speaking-out-oath-keepers-founder-says-5330053\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentenced \u200din May<\/a> to 18 years in \u2063prison for seditious\u200d conspiracy, tampering with \u200ddocuments or proceedings, and \u2064obstruction of an official \u200bproceeding.
