Mr. Scruggs\u2064 is no different than anyone else and should be afforded that same presumption,\u201d Nohlgren said in a statement, according to the Times.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is much\u2064 more to this \u2062incident than what is\u2063 being reported and we are diligently working to bring to light the full \u2064facts of what occurred.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe urge that the public keep an open mind \u200dand withhold from making judgments.
