This has resulted in\u200c court \u2063battles throughout the country, with some courts blocking these laws while others allow them to remain in effect.<\/p>\n<h3>Increasing Circuit Splits Raise \u200bthe Likelihood of Supreme Court Intervention<\/h3>\n<p>A federal\u2064 judge in Montana recently ruled against\u2064 such bans\u200b for minors, \u200ddeeming a law set \u200dto go into effect on October 1 as\u200b unconstitutional. However, as\u200c more circuit courts reverse these decisions, the number\u200c of circuit splits grows, increasing the\u2062 chances of Supreme Court intervention.<\/p>\n<p>The 6th Circuit Court \u200dof Appeals, in particular, has been at\u200c the center of these splits.\u2063 In July, a divided panel granted an \u200cemergency motion \u200cin\u200d L.W. v.
