Wolf justified her\u2063 instruction by stating that there was no specific criminality associated with \u200bthat line of questioning.<\/p>\n<p>However, this reasoning is perplexing considering that Wolf had been briefed on the contents of \u2062the FD-1023 two months prior. The FD-1023 is the \u2062infamous FBI document that alleges \u2064Burisma\u2064 paid\u200d Joe and Hunter $5 million each in exchange\u2062 for \u200binfluence\u2064 over U.S. foreign\u2064 policy. It is \u2063equally puzzling \u200bthat Wolf or anyone else \u200cin the DOJ\u200b failed to inform investigators about the FD-1023.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2064 only plausible explanation\u200d for Wolf&#8217;s actions is \u200bthat she actively protected \u200cJoe \u2063Biden \u200din the lead-up to the 2020\u2064 presidential election.<\/p>\n<p>In August, Wolf&#8217;s \u200bsuperior, Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss, \u200bwas appointed as a\u200c special counsel to continue the investigation into Hunter Biden.
