This grant recognized his exceptional creativity, scholarly achievements, and his ability to effectively communicate his \u2064antiracist work to diverse\u200d audiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">But that&#8217;s not \u200ball. Boston University, \u200dimpressed by Kendi&#8217;s anti-racist efforts, also gave him a grant. However, let me tell you something about Kendi. Despite his accolades, he&#8217;s actually the author of some mediocre \u200cbooks and spouts\u200c nonsense for \u2064a living. His nonsense revolves around the idea that America is inherently and irreversibly racist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to Kendi, racism is present in every aspect of American society, including our constitutional protections. But here&#8217;s the \u200cthing &#8211; he can&#8217;t even provide \u2063a clear definition of racism. He simply believes it exists wherever there is a disparity. In his book, &#8220;How to Be an Antiracist,&#8221; \u200dhe \u2062defines racism \u200das a collection of\u200d racist policies that lead to racial inequity, supported by racist \u2063ideas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Let me give you an example of how absurd this is. Look at the NBA, where\u2063 the majority \u2064of\u200c players are black, despite black people making up only 13% of the population. Yet, he continues to point out \u200cdisparities as\u2063 evidence of racism, making his job incredibly \u200beasy. Kendi&#8217;s magic trick is labeling colorblindness as racist. If \u2063you believe race shouldn&#8217;t matter, he calls you\u2062 a racist. According to him, race matters because of disparities, and those disparities are evidence of racism. If you argue against this, he accuses you of being\u200d a racist.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">So why am I talking about Ibram X. Kendi today? Because Boston University is finally launching an\u2063 inquiry into his Center for \u200dAntiracist Research.
