In the summer of 2019, Hunter Biden received\u2064 two wire transfers from Chinese business partners \u2014 wire transfers that listed Joe\u2063 Biden\u2019s Wilmington, Delaware \u200bhome\u2063 as the beneficiary address, \u2063the House\u200d Oversight Committee\u200c revealed<\/a> Monday evening.<\/p>\n

After subpoenaing bank records<\/a>, the committee found records of two wires \u200blinked to \u2062BHR Partners, a \u201cBeijing-backed private equity firm controlled by Bank of China Limited,\u201d according<\/a> to Fox News Digital. Hunter Biden sat\u200b on the firm\u2019s board. <\/p>\n

The first wire transfer in July 2019 was \u2064for $10,000 \u2062from Ms.\u200b Wang Xin, the name of a woman listed on BHR\u200c Partners\u2019 website. \u2063The second in August 2019 was for\u2062 $250,000 from Ms. Tan Ling \u200band Li Xiang Sheng, the CEO of BHR Partners who also goes by the\u200d name \u200bJonathan Li.<\/p>\n

While the beneficiary for the wires is \u201cRobert Hunter Biden,\u201d the listed\u200d address is Joe Biden\u2019s primary residence in Delaware. A\u200d beneficiary address is \u201ceither the address listed to the recipient\u2063 account, or listed by the individual \u200dsending the wire,\u201d explained Fox News Digital. \u201cIt is unclear, based on the wire records, who listed the address.\u201d<\/p>\n

According to his memoir and the failed plea agreement<\/a> his attorneys\u2063 drafted with his dad\u2019s DOJ, Hunter\u2064 Biden was<\/a> living in California with his\u2063 second\u200d wife during the\u200d summer of\u2062 2019, when the wire transfers were sent.\u200b Hunter was<\/em> photographed<\/a> at the Wilmington residence\u2063 on July 30, \u20632017, however, on the day he was reported to have sent an extortive WhatsApp message<\/a> to a different \u200bChinese associate, saying \u201cI am sitting here waiting for the call with\u2064 my father\u201d and threatening to use \u201cthe man \u200csitting \u200bnext to me\u201d to \u201cforever\u200c hold a grudge\u201d\u200b if a \u201ccommitment made\u201d was not \u201cfulfilled.\u201d<\/p>\n

During his testimony \u200bto the Oversight Committee, former Hunter Biden business associate Devon Archer alleged that \u2064Joe Biden had coffee with \u200bJonathan \u2062Li in \u200dBeijing and that\u2063 Hunter put Joe on speakerphone with Li for at least\u2064 one\u2062 call. <\/p>\n

Joe Biden \u2062also wrote a letter of recommendation for Li\u2019s daughter\u2019s Georgetown college application, according to Archer \u2014 and Fox News Digital reported in 2022 that Biden\u200c had written a recommendation letter for Li\u2019s son\u2019s Brown University application.<\/p>\n
Besides further incriminating Joe Biden in the family influence-peddling scheme<\/a>, the\u2064 wire transfers continue to disprove Biden\u2019s brazen lie during a 2020 presidential debate that \u201cMy son has not made money [from] China.\u201d <\/p>\n
