Since then, there has \u2062been limited information regarding his whereabouts and well-being.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Expulsion of\u2062 Travis King<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;The relevant organ of the \u200cDPRK decided to expel \u200dTravis King, a soldier of the U.S. Army \u2063who illegally\u2064 intruded\u200c into the territory\u200c of the DPRK, under the law of the Republic,&#8221; stated the report from state media \u200bKCNA. \u200dThe investigation into\u200b King\u200d has\u2064 now been completed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It \u2062remains uncertain where and\u2063 when King will be expelled.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Reasons for Intrusion<\/h3>\n<p>According to the investigation conducted by a relevant organ of the \u200cDPRK, Travis King confessed to illegally intruding into their territory due to his dissatisfaction with the inhumane treatment and racial discrimination\u2064 within the \u200dU.S. army.\u200d He \u2063also expressed disillusionment with the unequal society in the United States,&#8221; added KCNA&#8217;s report.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Initially, King \u200bwas scheduled to\u200b return to the United\u200b States\u2062 after serving a two<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ohio-state-researcher-sentenced-to-prison-for-concealing-ties-to-chinese-spy-program\/\" title=\"Ohio State Researcher Sentenced to Prison for Concealing Ties to Chinese Spy Program\">-month prison sentence<\/a> for assault \u200dcharges and\u200b undergoing U.S. supervision.
