It\u2019s worth a shot. The courts,\u200c like all\u200c of our once-vaunted\u2064 institutions, have been corrupted by the cancer of \u2062leftism. The by-default first son of doddering\u2064 President Joe Biden \u2014 who somehow \u200cascended \u2064to the presidency in 2020 \u2014\u2063 has his back against\u200c the wall. He\u2019s under legal scrutiny \u200bfor a federal gun case, \u2063funny business \u2062with his taxes and a documented history of\u2062 shady business dealings.<\/p>\n<p>The publicly disgraced wannabe artist has opted \u200dto go on\u200c the offensive as of\u200c late by filing a number\u2062 of lawsuits.<\/p>\n<p>In the latest\u2063 move, his legal team on Tuesday filed a lawsuit in the\u200b U.S. District Court in California. The suit alleges that former New York Mayor\u2062 Rudy Giuliani, a prominent ally of\u2062 former President Donald Trump, and Giuliani attorney Robert \u200dCostello are\u200c guilty of computer fraud\u200b and data hacking, according to The Associated Press.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s the kicker: The \u200dsuit is focused \u200bon the infamous\u200c laptop Hunter left\u2062 at a Delaware <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/the-truth-about-hunter-bidens-laptop\/\" title=\"The Truth About Hunter Biden\u2019s Laptop\">computer repair shop<\/a> in April \u20642019, what New\u200c York\u2064 Post columnist Miranda Devine memorably christened the \u201claptop from hell.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to the\u2064 New York\u200b Post,\u200b an IRS whistleblower said the FBI had\u2063 \u201cverified\u201d the\u200c authenticity of the abandoned laptop by November of 2019. Assuming \u200dthis is true, there should \u2064be no denying\u2062 the pictures of Hunter half-naked doing drugs with prostitutes\u2062 are real. But Hunter Biden\u2019s team is still trying.<\/p>\n<p>The new lawsuit argues \u201cthe data claimed to have been found on the laptop was tampered with both before and after\u2062 it landed in\u200b the hands of Mr. Giuliani and Mr. Costello \u2013 leaving it unrecognizable to its \u2064apparent owner Hunter,\u201d \u2064as reported by the \u200cU.K. \u200bIndependent.<\/p>\n<p>Giuliani and Costello supposedly participated in the \u201ctotal annihilation\u201d of Hunter\u2019s\u2064 \u201cdigital \u200dprivacy\u201d and \u201cdata,\u201d the lawsuit claims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFor \u200dthe past many \u2063months and\u200c even \u200dyears, Defendants have dedicated an \u200bextraordinary amount \u200cof\u2063 time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing \u2062over data that they were given \u200cthat was \u200dtaken or stolen from Plaintiff\u2019s devices\u2062 or storage platforms, \u2063including \u2064what Defendants claim to have obtained \u2062from Plaintiff\u2019s alleged \u2018laptop\u2019\u200d computer,\u201d the suit claims.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit alleges that Hunter\u200c Biden\u2019s data \u201cwas\u2063 manipulated, altered and \u2063damaged before it was copied \u2064and sent \u2063to\u201d\u200c Giuliani and Costello. The suit\u200d goes on \u200dto accuse the\u200d two men of\u2062 hacking into the computer and then tampering with some of Hunter\u2019s personal \u2063data.\u200c If the data \u2062was manipulated before it got to\u2064 Giuliani, \u2063how\u200c would it be determined\u2063 that Giuliani \u2063also manipulated it? More confusion.<\/p>\n<p>According to NPR, the lawsuit claims \u200dGiuliani never had possession\u200c of \u2064Hunter\u2019s \u2064laptop. Instead,\u2064 he had Biden\u2019s \u201cexternal drive\u201d that they called\u2063 a \u201claptop.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But\u200d it has been known from the start that Giuliani \u200dnever had the laptop \u200d\u2014 that \u200bwhat he gave to the New York Post in the\u200c fall\u200b of 2020\u2063 was \u2063a copy \u200dof the laptop\u2019s hard \u2062drive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe lawsuit notes that the complaint is not an admission\u2063 by Biden that his laptop was obtained by a\u200d Delaware\u2063 computer\u200d repair shop \u2063owner; simply that \u2064the \u2063owner of the store\u200b obtained \u200cdata, some \u200dof\u2063 which belonged to the president\u2019s son,\u201d\u2062 according to\u2062 NPR.<\/p>\n<p>So, the data in question is Hunter\u2019s but the\u200b laptop \u2014 allegedly authenticated \u2064by the FBI \u2014 isn\u2019t?\u2062 Giuliani didn\u2019t get the data off the laptop but an external drive, but the personal \u200dinformation \u2062did \u200dbelong to \u200dHunter and Guiliani and his fiendish\u200c crew then \u200bmanipulated it? Is that the argument being made? \u2063That\u2019s where playing semantics can get you\u2062 in trouble. It\u2063 doesn\u2019t add up.<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m having a hard time following this. Maybe the Russians had something to do with the external drive? The\u200d suit was filed in California, \u200ca \u2063snakepit of Trump-haters who will do anything to\u2062 protect their \u200down \u2014\u200b no matter how vile.<\/p>\n<p>And if the woke lawyers and\u200b judges don\u2019t get Giuliani and crew, \u2062maybe the\u2063 jury will. Remember, Californians keep electing people like Adam Schiff and\u200c Nancy Pelosi. \u2064And, yes, Hunter is asking\u2064 for a jury\u2063 trial, according \u2062to The Independent.<\/p>\n<p>The suit may be \u2062even more cynical than \u2062that. The overall strategy \u2064could be to bankrupt Giuliani and those\u2062 who oppose the \u200bleft. In March, Hunter\u2019s team sued the owner of \u200bthe computer repair shop where the laptop\u2063 was abandoned.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this\u200c month, Hunter\u2019s attorneys also filed \u2064a lawsuit against Garrett \u2062Ziegler \u2014 a\u200b former Trump White \u2062House aide \u2014 over the same laptop.<\/p>\n<p>Hunter\u2019s lawyers also have sued the IRS for allegedly releasing his private tax information illegally \u2063because two\u200c IRS whistleblowers came forward with damning information.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, the message may\u200b be that poor\u200d little rich boy Hunter Biden doesn\u2019t like to be publicly embarrassed \u2014 \u200che reserves private time for embarrassing himself \u2064with repeated debaucheries.
