Faces Federal Probe Over 'Brave Cave' Torture Claims\">invasive\u200c strip searches\u200b based<\/a> on &#8220;reasonable suspicion to frisk.&#8221; However, this\u200d policy contradicts established U.S. Supreme \u200bCourt\u200d jurisprudence.<\/p>\n<p>In another lawsuit, Jeremy Lee alleges that three <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/china-regularly-abuses-nyu-students-nyu-keeps-taking-chinese-money-anyway\/\" title=\"China Regularly Abuses NYU Students. NYU Keeps Taking Chinese Money Anyway.\">police officers beat<\/a> him so severely that \u2062he required hospitalization\u2064 for broken bones.\u200c The suit claims that\u200d Lee was \u2064detained without reasonable suspicion\u2063 or\u2063 probable cause and was \u2062subjected to \u200dfurther abuse at the\u200b &#8220;Brave Cave.&#8221; The officers allegedly kicked and punched him while mocking his screams\u200d for help.<\/p>\n<p>Body camera footage suggests that the officers turned off their cameras\u2063 during part of the \u2064incident.
