And then another individual \u200ccame up behind them, struck him in the head.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;He\u2064 was fighting back for his life,&#8221; Mr. Liming added. \u2064&#8221;The detective told me that, \u200b&#8217;Your son\u2062 fought for his life.&#8217;\u2064 It was not over \u200blike it was like a single\u2063 punch, he fell down and hit his head. That&#8217;s not what happened &#8230; he \u2062was fighting for\u200b his life. And then \u2062a third individual came up behind\u200b him and they overwhelmed \u2062them and they knocked him out on the ground.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Stafford brothers were initially\u200d charged with murder, but a grand jury in Summit County reduced the charges to a lesser degree.<\/p>\n<p>Another individual, Donovon\u2062 Jones, 22, was also arrested in \u2062connection with the\u2062 death.
