The bill would have required judges \u200dto consider\u2064 a child&#8217;s gender \u2062identity when deciding \u2063custody cases.<\/p>\n<p>This decision goes against everything we know \u200babout Newsom&#8217;s unwavering support \u2063of the\u200b transgender movement. It \u200bseems that his ambitions go beyond what the far left side can provide.
