After her siblings \u200dleft, the girl remained, and Sanchez allegedly gave\u200c her \u2063vodka to drink, as reported by the Daily Mail.<\/p>\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t until three months later, when the girl was taken to a hospital due to her pregnancy, that the alleged rape came to light. The girl revealed \u200bto her mother that Sanchez had drugged and raped her.<\/p>\n<p>Under\u200b Texas law, prosecutors are required to obtain an indictment within 90 days of an arrest. Failure\u2062 to do \u200dso allows the defendant to be released on a bond they \u2064can\u200b afford.
