By \u200b5 p.m.\u200c on Sept. 21, the number of \u2062views had skyrocketed to 1.545 million.<br \/>\n  <\/span>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p>    \u200d On Dec. 23,\u200c 2022, U.S. Magistrate\u2064 Judge Donna Ryu issued a preliminary injunction in the \u2062case of Coalition on\u200b Homelessness v.
