The OAG claimed it has seen no \u200cevidence that any of the people who have\u2064 complained about the issue have committed voter fraud.<\/p>\n<p>However, the OAG saw evidence that canvassers who met with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/new-york-ag-accuses-election-watchdog-of-voter-deception-and-intimidation\/\" title=\"NY AG accuses election watchdog of voter deception and intimidation.\">complainants carried forms prepared<\/a> by NY Citizens Audit, the letter said. Complainants alleged \u200dthat canvassers showed false badges and \u200dother identification to present themselves as government employees.<\/p>\n<p>The OAG gave\u2062 NY \u200cCitizens Audit time until Oct. 2 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-house-republicans-demand-investigation-into-bidens-order-to-promote-voter-registration\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE: House Republicans Demand Investigation Into Biden\u2019s Order To \u2018Promote Voter Registration\u2019\">provide documents related<\/a> to the group\u2019s door-to-door canvassing activities, including emails, text messages, and instructions to workers.<\/p>\n<p>NY Citizens Audit\u200c dismissed allegations of canvassing. The group is\u2062 not engaged in any\u200d canvassing, and \u200dwe have not received this letter as of yet, it said in a\u200d statement, according to AP.<\/p>\n<p>The organization stated that it is\u2063 dedicated to restoring and maintaining the essential,\u200b founding American principle of sovereignty through honest, provable elections in New York and across the nation, \u200daccording to the group\u2019s website.<\/p>\n<p>In May last year, NY Citizens Audit revealed that their research uncovered\u200b shocking \u2063violations of law\u2064 at the New York State Board of Elections (NYSBOE),\u200d with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-public-health-agencies-are-skewing-the-covid-vax-statistics\/\" title=\"How Public Health Agencies Are Skewing the COVID Vax Statistics\">data discrepancies<\/a> regarding the 2020 presidential race questioning the legitimacy of the results\u2063 of the election.<\/p>\n<p>For example,\u2064 a discrepancy of over a \u2062quarter of a million votes in the reporting totals published by the Secretary\u2062 of State, Board of Elections, and precincts. For example, 1.9M\u2064 registrations in the state voter rolls that are missing from the corresponding county voter rolls, it said in a May 2022 press release (<a href=\"https:\/\/auditny.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/NY-Citizens-Audit-Press-Release-05-09-2022.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pdf<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Over 300,000 false, duplicate registrations for single voters, many of \u2063which were utilized nefariously to double vote, an outright\u2062 felony.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>The group started a petition to decertify the results of the\u200c 2020 \u2064general election in New York States, garnering 2,000 signatures from residents in 15 counties. NY Citizens Audit had also formally served\u2063 state Attorney General Letitia James for redress of grievances related to the petition.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<h2>NYSBOE Warning, Voter Rolls Issue<\/h2>\n<p>In an Aug. 30 press release\u200d (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.elections.ny.gov\/NYSBOE\/news\/2023CBOEImpersonation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pdf<\/a>), NYSBOE said\u200d that it was made aware of individuals impersonating election officials. These individuals are confronting voters regarding their registration \u2063status and erroneously accusing\u200b voters \u2062of committing a crime because \u2064of \u2064how they appear in the state\u200c voter database, it said.<\/p>\n<p>NYSBOE claimed that voters in at least \u200b13 counties complained about false election officials approaching them. The board \u200dhas passed such information to \u200cfederal and state law enforcement, according to \u2062AP.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>NY Citizens Audit criticized NYSBOE in a Sept. 14 press release (<a href=\"https:\/\/auditny.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/09\/NY-Citizens-Audit-Press-Release-09-14-2023.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pdf<\/a>), asking the board\u2019s commissioners \u2064to Do Your Job, Please!\n<\/div>\n<p>The group accused \u2062NYSBOE of inattentiveness, lethargy, and abandonment\u200d of their sworn duty to uphold the law and maintain voter rolls that are lawfully accurate beyond question.<\/p>\n<p>NY Citizens\u2064 Audit has identified issues in the voter rolls affecting 5,142,950 possible registration violations, and 745,294 possible voting violations\u200c that need \u2063to be reconciled.<\/p>\n<p>In\u200b May last year, the group provided NYSBOE with substantial evidence of massive \u200danomalies in\u2064 the voter registration rolls. However, NYSBOE has done nothing since then to investigate\u200d these problems\u200c and even misrepresented that it never received any documented\u2063 information\u200b about\u200b these issues, the group said.<\/p>\n<p>This summer, NYSBOE disclosed that rather than investigating issues in the\u200b voter rolls brought to its attention, it filed complaints with the\u2062 FBI, Department of Homeland Security, and local law enforcement in addition to issuing a media alert designed to intimidate the public against cooperating with voter registration inquiries, \u2064according to the release.<\/p>\n<p>NY Citizens Audit\u200b called on NYSBOE to make a public disclosure of these complaints and a \u2063public accounting of any investigation regarding such complaints.<\/p>\n<p>The group\u2019s executive director, Marly Hornik, insisted that\u2062 the state\u2019s voters must ensure that the issue with voter rolls is resolved before they go to vote again.<\/p>\n<p>The rolls must\u2064 be rock solid. Otherwise, the voters are wasting their time in going through an exercise that is mocking democracy. It is \u200dmocking each \u2062voter.
