However, it has been revealed that ERIC actually inflates voter rolls by pressuring eligible but unregistered residents to register to vote.<\/p>\n<p>PILF alleged that ERIC \u2063reports are subject \u2062to disclosure under the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA), which requires states to make records concerning\u200c voter \u2062registration programs \u200cavailable \u200bfor public inspection.
