But \u200cthat\u200c doesn\u2019t mean I\u2019m OK with the resulting effects.<\/p>\n<p>Indeed, \u200bnot only did the sexual revolution \u200dsucceed, but it triumphed in a massive overcorrection of \u200bour sexual culture. As \u200ca result,\u2062 today\u2019s current generation of young \u200cwomen are left to navigate through its wreckage.<\/p>\n<p>This movement for sexual empowerment has been exceedingly \u2064effective. Think back to\u2064 its original goal. Feminists yearned to sever the act of sex from\u200d the process of reproduction. Feminists sought to \u200dredefine marriage from its institutional model \u2063predicated on obligation to one\u2019s family to a romantic model placing\u200b emotion on a high pedestal.<\/p>\n<p>What transpired was, as Perry has\u200b explained, \u2062a dechristianizing of \u2064the West. We\u2019ve dissolved the sanctity of holy matrimony for a narcissistic quest for \u200cradical self-love. Relationships \u200cbetween men and women that lack\u2063 commitment \u200bor even a baseline understanding of serving \u200done \u200banother with joy are unfulfilling. \u200bThey render us addicted to a drug-like \u200csense of validation, of which we\u2019re given regular\u2063 hits \u200dwithin the internet\u2019s self-obsessed attention economy.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Gender Wars Are Bad for Everyone<\/h2>\n<p>We\u2019ve effectively desexed women, pulling \u200cus further and further away from centuries of evolution and \u200bhuman nature in order to level the biological playing field. Now, women are \u200csnatching up college \u200bdegrees at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pewresearch.org\/short-reads\/2022\/09\/26\/women-now-outnumber-men-in-the-u-s-college-educated-labor-force\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">higher rates<\/a> \u2062than men and\u200d achieving financial independence\u2064 outside of marriage.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019d think men would \u2063love the results of a sexual revolution since it \u200cempowered consequence-free sex, sans commitment. But \u200deven this has backfired, and\u2064 now men are feeling increasingly subordinated to women. No \u2063amount of risk-free sex can sweeten this proverbial deal with \u200dthe devil where we<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/female-titans-debate-the-sexual-revolution-a-successful-movement-thats-failed-women\/\" title=\"'Female Titans' Discuss the Paradox of the Sexual Revolution: A Triumph That Disadvantages Women\">\u2019ve fundamentally disavowed gender norms<\/a> and elevated women above men at their own behest.<\/p>\n<p>Men \u2063are no longer required \u2062to cultivate masculine virtues. Commitment,\u2062 self-control, and\u2063 a duty to provide and\u200c protect are effectively discouraged by the proliferation of casual sex. In essence, we\u2019re\u200b rewarding men with intimate access \u2064to our \u200bbodies and \u2062asking for nothing in return. If we no longer gatekeep our sexuality,\u200c and contraceptives or abortions\u200b reduce \u2062the\u200c risk\u2064 involved with\u2063 promiscuous behavior, is it any wonder why many\u2063 modern men turn toward a life of hedonistic pleasure,\u2062 finding it in porn, pop culture, or weed?<\/p>\n<p>The sexual revolution led \u2063to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eviemagazine.com\/post\/america-has-an-egg-problem-and-its-creating-weak-men\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">over-feminization<\/a> of the Western world. If speech offends us, we lean on the \u200dfeminine trait\u2063 of agreeableness and\u2064 silence it. To raise up the \u201cweaker\u201d sex, we rely on dogmatic \u200cdiversity and inclusion\u200b agendas in lieu of merit.\u200d To \u200brepress the \u201coppressor\u201d sex, men must self-flagellate and become their weakest selves.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Destroying Women\u2019s Health and Happiness<\/h2>\n<p>It would be naive for me \u200cto assert that things are all peachy keen for the\u200b female sex. By rejecting or outright\u200b erasing womanhood \u2063in an effort to increase sex neutrality, we\u2019re \u2064actively working against our\u2063 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eviemagazine.com\/post\/9-major-dangers-we-now-know-hormonal-birth-control-moms-never-taught\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reproductive health<\/a> in ways that could cause temporary or even permanent \u2064damage.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, what \u2064good does\u2064 it do to relentlessly egg on women to close the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/feds-likely-to-force-companies-to-report-pay-by-race-and-gender\/\" title=\"Feds Likely to Force Companies To Report Pay By Race and Gender\">gender pay gap<\/a> when we simultaneously haven\u2019t fostered a \u2062more child-friendly culture? Big \u2062government makes \u200bbig promises to increase access or\u2064 decrease costs associated with childcare, like with the Biden \u2064administration\u2019s \u200crecent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iwf.org\/2023\/09\/10\/solutions-to-child-care-challenges-shouldnt-involve-big-government\/\">executive\u200d order<\/a> for subsidized childcare centers. But all that a one-size-fits-all system will\u2063 really do is introduce \u2063bureaucracy\u200b as the next member\u200c of your family unit. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/05\/08\/bidens-plan-for-government-run-child-care-is-exactly-what-most-moms-dont-want\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">That\u2019s not what most women\u200b want.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>During the \u2062debate, Grimes emphasized that the sexual revolution has been both a \u200ccultural and technological\u200d phenomenon. From \u2062hormonal birth control to dating apps, we\u2019ve introduced several advancements\u2062 in technology that have shocked America\u2019s Judeo-Christian tradition. But \u200bour advancements\u2063 in \u201ccomplementary social technology,\u201d as Grimes \u200bput it,\u200d have not yet caught up. In other words, America lacks the social infrastructure to make childrearing more convenient and more affordable.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t need to reinvent \u2064the \u2064wheel. Traditional basics may seem like a bore, but as \u200bPerry pointed out, we might all \u2063be a bit happier if we lived more \u200dnormal lives. Studies consistently show that <a href=\"https:\/\/media.deseret.com\/media\/misc\/pdf\/afs\/2022-american-family-survey.pdf?_ga=2.111126725.1920361153.1669614471-836100798.1669614471\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">women<\/a> who embrace motherhood\u2062 and marriage have \u2064some of the biggest happiness dividends and that married <a href=\"https:\/\/ifstudies.org\/blog\/who-is-happiest-married-mothers-and-fathers-per-the-latest-general-social-survey\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">men<\/a> are\u2064 twice as happy as their unmarried peers.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Good old-fashioned family\u2064 values may not have enticed Gen Xers or Millennials whose concept of adulthood was shaped by shows like \u201cSex and the \u2063City,\u201d but \u2064my generation \u2014 the \u201cZoomer\u201d generation \u2014 has a unique opportunity to reset the battering ram that the sexual revolution has had on our culture.<\/p>\n<p>We don\u2019t have \u2064to settle for a life of \u200dunfulfillment,\u200c where instead of celebrating our\u2063 femininity we are embittered by\u200b it. We don\u2019t have to devour subversive messaging that preys on women\u2019s insecurities and standardizes unhealthy extremes just because the media shove it down\u2063 our throats \u200cin music and movies. We don\u2019t have to accept the\u2064 leftist narrative, which damages our \u200bmental health and isolates us from objective biological truth and common sense.<\/p>\n<p>America\u200c doesn\u2019t need a \u201creturn\u200c to \u2063tradition,\u201d \u2064in \u2062the\u2064 sense that we\u200d should walk back women\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/homicides-at-15-year-high-in-democrat-run-los-angeles\/\" title=\"Homicides at 15-Year High in Democrat-Run Los Angeles\">hard-fought gains<\/a> for equality\u2064 under the law. We need a return to the tradition of freedom \u2014 and sexual liberation won\u2019t grant us that. It instead ensnares us in a toxic cycle of disappointment. It\u2019s up to us to adopt \u2063healthy boundaries and practice what would actually be a fulfilling act of radical self-love: unapologetically rejecting the sexual revolution.<\/p>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">\n<\/div>\n<p> <\/p>\n<h2>Of finding \u2062the right balance and creating \u200da society \u200dthat supports\u2062 the\u2062 well-being of \u2064individuals and families<\/h2>\n<p><span>  Nvent the wheel. \u200dInstead, we should \u200clook to countries like Sweden and Denmark, \u200dwhich have\u200b successfully implemented policies such\u2063 as affordable childcare, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/salvini-rejects-substituting-10-million-italians-with-migrants-backs-family-friendly-policies-instead\/\" title=\"Salvini Rejects 'Substituting 10 Million Italians' With Migrants, Backs Family-Friendly Policies Instead\">generous parental leave<\/a>, and flexible work hours that support working parents. These countries understand that investing in \u200dthe well-being of families benefits \u200bsociety as \u2064a whole.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Finding Balance and \u2063Moving Forward<\/h2>\n<p>The sexual\u2063 revolution has undoubtedly brought about positive changes for women.\u200b It\u200d has allowed us to break free from \u2064traditional \u2063gender roles and pursue education, careers, and personal fulfillment. However, it is important to acknowledge the unintended consequences and address the challenges that have arisen.<\/p>\n<p>We \u2062need to \u2062find a balance between sexual\u2064 liberation and the preservation \u2062of healthy relationships and family \u2062structures. This requires addressing\u2063 the issues of casual\u200c sex,\u200b commitment phobia, and the over-feminization of society.\u2063 We must empower women \u2062without\u200b diminishing the importance of men and the value\u200c they bring to our lives.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, we must prioritize \u200dwomen&#8217;s reproductive health\u2063 and create a \u200cculture that supports both work and family\u2062 life. This means advocating for affordable childcare, flexible work options, and policies that promote work-life balance.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, the sexual revolution has succeeded in breaking\u2062 down barriers and\u2062 granting women \u200dmore freedom and \u200bagency.
