Ryan Clinkunbroomer, a 30-year-old deputy, \u200dwas sitting in his patrol \u200cvehicle outside\u2063 the Palmdale Sheriff\u2019s station when\u2062 the incident occurred.<\/p>\n<p>According to KTTV-TV, video footage \u2064has emerged showing a \u2064black car approaching Deputy Clinkunbroomer&#8217;s vehicle.
