With an\u200b uptick in enforcement, mild progress\u2064 was made.<\/p>\n<p>Still, it was always a matter of scale. One of the tactics \u2063employed is the establishment of illegal Palestinian structures and settlements in Area C of the West Bank, which falls under Israeli control according to the Oslo Accords. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/palestinian-human-rights-are-not-a-bargaining-chip-rashida-tlaib-confronts-biden-on-tarmac\/\" title=\"\u2018Palestinian Human Rights Are Not A Bargaining Chip\u2019: Rashida Tlaib Confronts Biden On Tarmac\">violates international law<\/a> and undermines Israeli sovereignty.\u200c Despite \u2063this, the European Union provides direct funding, encouragement, and\u200b legal assistance\u2063 to \u200bthese illegal \u2064activities.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, European organizations actively\u200c support and promote Palestinian expansion into Israeli-controlled territories. These \u2062organizations provide financial aid for the\u2062 construction of infrastructure, such as water and electricity systems,\u200b thereby bolstering the Palestinian presence in these areas. This deliberate action sends\u200b a message that the \u2063Europeans do not recognize Israeli sovereignty and are actively working towards establishing a Palestinian state on Israeli land.<\/p>\n<p>Israeli activists and \u200dorganizations dedicated to\u200d protecting Israel\u2019s national lands and resources have voiced their\u2063 outrage at this \u200djoint \u200dEuropean-Palestinian venture. They argue that Israel\u200b must adopt\u2064 a zero-tolerance policy towards\u2063 illegal Palestinian construction, \u200dregardless of European Union funding and lawsuits.\u200b They call on the Israeli government\u2064 to take a\u2063 firm stand and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/taiwan-deserves-better-than-a-joe-biden-presidency\/\" title=\"Taiwan Deserves Better Than A Joe Biden Presidency\">enforce red lines<\/a>, making it clear\u200d to the EU that such actions will not be tolerated.<\/p>\n<p>Naomi Kahn, the international director of the Israeli NGO Regavim, criticizes \u200bIsraeli leadership\u2064 for\u2062 failing to behave like a \u2064sovereign government that enforces the\u200c law and protects \u200dnational interests.
