federal law, ensuring that data used in AI activities is not collected, used, or\u200b disseminated based on inappropriate \u2063considerations \u2063such as race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, religion, sexual \u2064orientation, gender identity, age, nationality, medical condition, or disability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>DHS emphasized that it is rapidly adopting \u2064AI to advance \u2062various
