It\u2019s not a matter of <em>if<\/em> the far-left California governor will sign\u200b it, but <em>when<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>The bill, the Transgender, Gender-Diverse, and Intersex Youth Empowerment Act (<a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">AB 957<\/a>), which last week\u200b passed the Senate and then,\u200d on a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/netanyahus-judicial-reform-gamble-puts-him-on-collision-course-with-mossad\/\" title=\"Netanyahu's risky judicial reform clashes with Mossad.\">party-line \u2064vote<\/a>, the Assembly, dictates that courts must consider \u201cgender affirmation\u201d in child custody battles. It\u2019s California, for crying out loud.<\/p>\n<p>But we don\u2019t have to\u2063 extrapolate much. Other\u2063 media have dropped the facade\u2063 and told us exactly where this bill will lead. If it feels more nefarious and personal \u2014 that\u2019s because\u200c it\u2062 is. We\u2019ve seen it before.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s classic Democrat emotional blackmail. That is, the aforementioned gender-studies \u201cexperts,\u201d medical professionals, journalists, and other Very Smart People\u2122 have decided, based on little to no evidence, that transgender medical interventions are the only acceptable course of action for confused kids.
