That organization is led by business executive Linda McMahon, broadcast news \u2063personality Larry Kudlow, and others who helped \u2063shape\u2062 and implement the Trump administration&#8217;s domestic agenda.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You have\u2064 been at the bleeding edge of this fight. This is not an individual\u2064 sport. This is a team sport. Chadha does not limit\u200d the president&#8217;s mandate over agencies as established by the Reorganization \u2064Act\u2063 of \u200d1977.<\/p>\n<p>Before outlining his plans to rescind regulations and eliminate various agencies, Mr. Ramaswamy presented what he called &#8220;the final real myth\u2026 this idea that the administrative state as we know it is somehow \u200ban impartial, scientific management project that\u200b is able to take on what &#8216;We the People&#8217; can&#8217;t be trusted with.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">&#8220;This is what&#8217;s actually at stake here.
