She \u200bemphasized \u2062that \u2062this is \u200bthe core of their lawsuit and they are eager to present their case in court.<\/p>\n<p>The board of Fox Corporation consists of media tycoon Rupert Murdoch, who serves as the \u200cchair, and his son Lachlan Murdoch, who is the executive chair\u2064 and CEO. Other members include William Burck, Chase Carey, Anne Dias, \u200bRoland Hernandez, Jacques Nasser, and Paul\u200c Ryan.<\/p>\n<p>Oregon Attorney General is \u200drepresenting the Oregon Public \u200bEmployee Retirement Fund \u2063(OPERF), \u2063an investor in Fox Corporation.\u2064 OPERF holds approximately $5.2 million worth\u200d of\u200b Class A \u2064and Class\u2063 B shares in the company.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit stems from a joint investigation conducted by the Oregon Department of Justice and the Oregon Treasurer&#8217;s Office.
