It won\u2019t be \u2063enough simply to impeach Biden if GOP lawmakers don\u2019t\u200d also go after the corrupt federal\u2062 law enforcement agencies that have been hiding \u2064evidence \u2062against Biden, covering up his corruption, and obstructing investigations into the Biden\u200b family business. Indeed, the Justice Department and FBI\u2019s involvement in all this is a\u200c much\u200d greater threat to America. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-953350510\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-019e684300d55b94f182f68a05bfdd47 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-019e684300d55b94f182f68a05bfdd47\"><\/div>\n<h2>Uncovering the Corruption<\/h2>\n<p>Let\u2019s start\u2064 with what we do know. With \u2064apologies to Speaker McCarthy, the evidence uncovered thus far suggests much more than just a <em>culture<\/em> of corruption \u200caround Biden, but actual, \u2064<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/impeaching-biden-is-the-right-call-but-dont-stop-with-him\/\" title=\"Impeach Biden, but don't stop there.\">straightforward\u2063 corruption \u2014 foreign oligarchs\u200d allegedly \u200bbribing<\/a> then-vice \u2062president \u200cBiden to make policy decisions that \u200bwould benefit them. This wasn\u2019t a complicated\u200d scheme.\u2063 It\u200d involved overseas firms hiring or\u2062 contracting with \u2062Biden\u2019s son Hunter for access to Biden, and then\u2062 laundering the money through a bunch of shell corporations. (Throwing money at Hunter\u200d was the\u200b best investment\u200c a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/comer-seeks-records-of-biden-allegedly-using-pseudonym-as-vice-president\/\" title=\"Comer requests Biden's records on alleged VP pseudonym use.\">corrupt \u200cforeign oligarch<\/a>\u2062 could ever make,\u2062 it turns out.)<\/p>\n<p>As my colleague \u200dJordan Boyd <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/25\/here-are-all-the-people-who-have-corroborated-biden-family-corruption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chronicled back in July<\/a>, dozens of people,\u200b including Hunter Biden\u2019s former business partners, FBI and IRS whistleblowers, and\u200c at least one \u201chighly credible\u201d confidential FBI informant, have corroborated President Biden\u2019s involvement in what amounts to a vast international bribery \u200dscheme. An impeachment inquiry is <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/07\/21\/revelations-about-bidens-10-million-ukraine-bribery-scheme-warrant-impeachment\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more\u200c than justified<\/a> \u2014 there\u2019s vastly\u2063 more \u200devidence of Biden\u2019s corruption than there ever was of Trump\u2019s, for example \u200d\u2014 and arguably it\u2019s\u200b overdue. Biden\u200b is likely the most \u2064corrupt president \u2062in American history, and impeaching him \u200cis the lowest of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sean-penn-writes-angry-letter-blasting-staff-who-complained-about-vaccine-distribution-site-working-conditions\/\" title=\"Sean Penn Writes Angry Letter Blasting Staff Who Complained About Vaccine Distribution Site Working Conditions\">low-hanging fruit<\/a> for\u200d the House GOP.<\/p>\n<h3>The Involvement of Justice Department\u2062 and FBI<\/h3>\n<p>But all that\u2019s just the tip of the iceberg. The Biden family corruption scheme goes right\u200c through the \u2064White \u200bHouse and out into the vast bureaucracy\u2064 of the executive branch, reaching to the top echelons of Attorney General Merrick Garland\u2019s Justice Department and \u2064a totally weaponized FBI.<\/p>\n<p>For example, the confidential FBI informant\u2019s claim that Burisma paid Hunter \u200band Joe\u200b Biden $5 million each to get rid of a top Ukrainian prosecutor \u2063investigating Burisma was memorialized in an FBI FD-1023 report that the FBI withheld from Congress for months. That report, it seems, was \u200bburied by\u2063 a\u200b select few DOJ lawyers and FBI agents, as Margot Cleveland <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/06\/biden-bribery-breadcrumbs-leave-only-one-possible-conclusion-deep-state-partisans-buried-the-evidence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">explained in these\u200b pages last week<\/a>, and hidden from the IRS investigators \u2064looking at\u200c Hunter Biden\u2019s finances.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f72801af3c8d0cec8089c91adff7a78f fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f72801af3c8d0cec8089c91adff7a78f\"><\/div>\n<p>We \u2062know, too, that Delaware U.S. Attorney\u200c David Weiss, who slow-walked the Hunter Biden investigation for years, tried to sneak a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ghislaine-maxwell-now-accusing-prison-guard-of-abuse\/\" title=\"Ghislaine Maxwell Now Accusing Prison Guard Of Abuse\">sweetheart plea deal<\/a> for Hunter past a\u2063 federal judge \u2014\u2062 but got \u2063caught, which is why \u2064the plea agreement\u200b fell apart. The deal involved a pretrial diversion agreement (no jail time, no permanent record) on a gun charge that would have granted the president\u2019s son blanket immunity from all future prosecution, <em>including any\u2062 crimes relating to his\u200b foreign influence-peddling operations<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This immunity provision was buried in Paragraph 15 \u200cof the diversion agreement, likely in hopes that\u2063 U.S.\u2063 District Judge Maryellen Noreika wouldn\u2019t see it, or, if she did, would accept it rather than\u2064 reject the entire plea \u2063deal, which is how the agreement \u200cwas structured.<\/p>\n<p>Keep \u2063in mind that\u200d the immunity \u2062provision, which would have \u2062effectively killed an ongoing investigation \u200dinto Hunter Biden\u2019s foreign business deals \u2014 deals which, despite\u2062 his repeated \u200cdenials, Joe Biden knew all about \u2014 wasn\u2019t something proposed by Hunter\u2019s defense\u200c team. It was offered up by Weiss and the DOJ.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking \u200dof Weiss, whom Garland named special counsel last month, it\u200c seems he never had the authority to pursue the Hunter Biden \u200binvestigation \u2062that Garland claimed he did. For more than a year, Garland insisted Weiss had \u201cfull authority\u201d\u2063 to investigate the president\u2019s son \u2062and \u201cto bring cases\u200b in other jurisdictions if he feels it\u2019s necessary,\u201d as he \u2062told the Senate\u200c Judiciary Committee in March and as Weiss himself later confirmed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-57fdddaf0fa46b6f5cf0d437b0d63801 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-57fdddaf0fa46b6f5cf0d437b0d63801\"><\/div>\n<h2>Protecting the American\u200b People<\/h2>\n<p>Garland and\u2062 Weiss stuck to their story even\u200c after \u200dan IRS whistleblower revealed \u200blast \u200cOctober that Weiss\u2063 had said he \u201cis not the deciding person on whether charges are filed.\u201d (After the transcript of the IRS\u200d whistleblower\u2019s testimony was \u200creleased,\u2063 however, Weiss clarified that he meant Garland \u200dhad promised he <em>would<\/em> be granted authority to make charging decisions,\u200d which as Cleveland <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/09\/07\/exclusive-foia-turns-up-zilch-on-the-full-authority-garland-claims-he-gave-weiss-over-hunter-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noted last week<\/a> isn\u2019t quite the same as <em>having<\/em> the authority to begin with.)<\/p>\n<p>All of this \u200bis by way of \u2064overview. The depth and breadth of the Justice Department and FBI involvement in protecting the Biden family might never be fully known \u200b\u2014\u200c and it \u200dcertainly won\u2019t be known without a full impeachment inquiry, not \u2064just into Biden\u200b but\u200d also Garland and FBI Director Christopher Wray.<\/p>\n<p>The corruption of the Bidens \u200bis bad, \u2064but it\u2019s nothing compared to the corruption of a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/no-bulls-bongino-offers-to-host-gop-debate-off-establishment-media-to-talk-the-real-issues\/\" title=\"'Bongino: Let's Ditch Mainstream Media for GOP Debate, Discuss Real Issues'\">weaponized deep state<\/a> that\u2019s willing to suppress evidence, intimidate whistleblowers, and trample the rule of law in order to keep a corrupt president in power. Voters can\u200b throw\u200d Biden out of\u2063 office, but\u200d only an impeachment that\u2063 results in the removal of top leadership in the\u200c DOJ and\u200d FBI, and the subsequent \u2063dismantling of those agencies, can protect the American people from what has become a tyrannical rogue government. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-2b7d517d23d898ccd84c092bd4f5f4d2 fdrlst__b89e9-after-post-content\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-2b7d517d23d898ccd84c092bd4f5f4d2\"><\/div>\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\">    \t\t\t\t\t   \t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>House Speaker Kevin McCarthy&#8217;s decision to initiate a formal impeachment inquiry against President Joe Biden is justified.
