declared \u2064the \u200cgovernor in a statement.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<p>    &#8220;And when New Mexicans \u200dare afraid\u200c to be in crowds, to take their kids to\u200d school, and to leave a baseball game\u2014when their very right to \u200cexist is threatened by \u200cthe prospect of violence at every turn\u2014something is \u2063very wrong.&#8221;<br \/>\n\u2064<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;No Effect&#8217;
