Instead, it offers injunctive relief to compel compliance from \u2064those who fail to respond after being notified \u2063of a violation.<\/p>\n<p>Exceptions to the disclosure mandate exist for content \u2063posted on \u2063accounts \u200ccontrolled by the committee and on their landing\u200b pages \u200bor websites, as\u2062 existing law already requires committees to identify \u200dtheir status\u200b and state \u2063identification number \u200din\u200b such\u2064 cases.<\/p>\n<p>Supporters of the\u2064 bill include the California\u2063 Clean Money Campaign, California Common Cause, and the Fair Political Practices\u2064 Commission, which will oversee its \u2062implementation.
