This move\u200b aims to address the concerns of \u2063conservatives who have emphasized\u2063 the need for these provisions in any spending bill.<\/p>\n<p>According\u2064 to a\u2063 document obtained by the Washington Examiner, which was distributed during a meeting in the speaker&#8217;s office, a side-by-side comparison of provisions in H.R. 2 (the House&#8217;s\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/border-wall-and-other-security-measures-planned-in-house-dhs-appropriations-bill\/\" title=\"House DHS appropriations bill includes plans for border wall and additional security measures.\">border security bill passed earlier<\/a> this year) \u2063and \u200bthe upcoming fiscal year 2024 DHS appropriations bill reveals that many of the provisions from \u2064H.R. 2 will be included.<\/p>\n<h3>MCCARTHY ANNOUNCES IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY INTO PRESIDENT JOE \u2064BIDEN<\/h3>\n<p>The document highlights that the DHS appropriations \u200cbill for this year will allocate $2.1 billion for the border wall, with a \u200brequirement to contract within 120 days.\u200b Additionally, it will provide $276 million\u2063 for \u200bborder technology and $305 million for nonintrusive inspection. The \u2063bill will also ensure funding for a total of 22,000 Border Patrol agents and 98,000 Border Patrol air and marine flight hours.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the document reveals that the bill will prohibit\u200d funding to various programs and entities that conservatives have\u200c strongly opposed. For instance, it will withhold\u200c funding\u200b from\u200d nongovernmental organizations that offer migrant \u2063services, such as the Emergency Food and Shelter Program and the Shelter Services Program. It will prohibit\u200c COVID-19 vaccine requirements for DHS personnel, prioritize \u2062the detention of illegal immigrants, mandate the \u2064public availability of border patrol and immigration data,\u2062 and require ongoing\u200c monitoring throughout the duration of\u2063 proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Border security remains a top priority for the Republican conference\u200d as\u2062 lawmakers negotiate appropriations bills. Some members have even threatened to vote against these bills or a\u2062 continuing resolution if the House Republican Leadership fails to sufficiently address border \u200csecurity concerns during the appropriations\u2062 process.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We must secure the border,&#8221; emphasized Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL). &#8220;That&#8217;s my priority, and it&#8217;s \u200cthe priority of the people of Florida. It&#8217;s also the priority of the people in New York. It&#8217;s a priority for all Americans, except for Senate Democrats and the White House.
