Chutkan, in October 2022, said\u200b in a sentencing, \u201cIt\u2019s a blind loyalty \u2062to one person who, by \u200dthe way, remains free to \u200cthis day.\u201d <\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201c[Chutkan] was basically \u200deditorializing in her other cases and implying that Donald Trump is the real culprit here and \u2062should be tried and convicted,\u201d Kamenar explained. <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>The Trump team also highlighted another \u200cstatement\u2063 from Chutkan in\u00a0 December 2021 where she said, \u201cAnd it is true, Mr. Palmer \u2014 you have \u200dmade a very good point, one that has\u200c been made before \u2014 that the people who exhorted you and\u200c encouraged you and rallied you to go and take action and to\u200d fight\u200b have not \u200cbeen charged.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>\u201cThese\u2062 were statements \u200dshe made\u200b while she was \u200bon the bench,\u201d Kamenar told OAN. \u201cShe didn\u2019t \u200bmake it at some cocktail\u2064 party, which would be bad enough.
