Matt Gaetz (R-FL) over \u2064his claim that\u2064 he pushed House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) to \u200copen an impeachment inquiry into President Joe \u2062Biden.<\/p>\n<p>Gaetz, in a\u200b post on X, formerly known as\u200c Twitter, said he pushed McCarthy &#8220;for weeks&#8221; to open\u200b the inquiry and called out Fox &#038; \u200bFriends co-host Brian \u2063Kilmeade \u200bfor saying the Florida congressman was &#8220;speaking into the wind.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>MCCARTHY ANNOUNCES IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY INTO \u2063PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN<\/h3>\n<p>Greene responded to \u200bGaetz on X by reminding him of the \u2063articles of impeachment she filed against Biden and claimed he only\u200b signed onto the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-impeachment-inquiry-mtg-pushes-back-on-gaetzs-claim-he-pressured-mccarthy-for-weeks\/\" title=\"Biden impeachment inquiry: MTG disputes Gaetz's assertion of pressuring McCarthy for 'weeks'.\">articles surrounding border security<\/a> \u200bafter she\u200c dragged him &#8220;kicking and screaming.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;Correction my friend.
