They claim\u200d that it fails to provide sufficient notice to Mr. Giuliani and\u2064 mixes criminal acts with constitutionally\u200b protected speech and daily activities.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Chesebro&#8217;s defense team seeks to dismiss the case based on the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution, asserting \u2062that federal law supersedes state \u2063laws \u200cand courts.
